Just got a message from Shannon. He said there will definitely be 2016 patches but it will be a few weeks.

As soon as a design has been established, approved, and they have been manufactured, Shannon will put a thread up about purchasing options. If its been like past years, there will be several threads on them.

I always try to buy 2, that way if someone missed out you can pay for both by selling them just one. Plus it helps to support this site.
