Greetings, long time no see.
I have a dilemma. I sent some items to a call maker so he could incorporate them into one of his custom made calls. This was over a year ago and he won't respond to my messages. I know nothing is wrong with him as he is active on several forums and on facebook.
Without mentioning his name how would you deal with this guy?

I agree. If he won't respond to pm's etc, ask other members to please pm him on your behalf. Because obviously something is wrong and he's not getting your requests. Maybe he would get someone else's.
I would try and get in touch by several methods.

Phone
PM
And last but not least, registered mail....may cost a couple dollars, but you will know he has it.
Over a year and no communication sounds very wrong for a reputable call maker
