Not sure how many or if any of you guys and gals have these sights but the US government has filed and won a lawsuit against EOTech for fraud. Links are below for the story and refunds. From what I have heard from a couple of friends is they are offering full refunds if you return your sight plus $15 for shipping. In the "description of failure" section just put in that you want a refund for your dollar amount. No other reason is needed.
