Title: What constriction sumtoy/loads for my 870???

Getting a new sumtoy choke for for 20 ga 870 with 26" barrel. What constriction would you recommend shooting and with what loads? I'm setting this gun up for my wife and son to share and have never toyed around with the 20 ga much.

Sumtoy 562-5. If that doesn't work William will make you one that will.
