I know both are good books, which one do you guys suggest. Tom Kelly's tenth legion or. The Old pro turkey hunter.
If I was forced to pick, it would be The Old Pro Turkey Hunter. But absent that constraint, I would look for a good price for either. The Old Pro Turkey Hunter has steadily been going up in price. It used to be easy to find for $40 or so, not any more.
Both are good, but I like The Old Pro Turkey Hunter the best.
I have never read either but really want to get them both. I don't know why I haven't gotten them yet.
Both are mandatory reading as is "The Wild Turkey and Its Hunting" by E.A. McIlhenny (free to download from Google Books) and both of Kenny Morgan's books (www.wildturkeys.com).
I'm gonna have to check these out.
I hear the Tenth Legion is really good.
Nunnery first.
I think I'll get Gene Nunnerys book first. Thanks guys.
Do you have any Ray Eye Books. I am reading his newest book right now. It is a good one. It is called Ray Eye's Turkey Hunting Bible(Chasing Spring).
