I am building a box call...I am eye balling the curve on the box section and it seems to be fairly accurate...however..I don't feel like my spring (#4) and woodscrew I am using is working....the lid seems stiff and tight....and not as flexible as commercial ones....also...should my lid have a very light radial to it so that it strikes the center of the curve? The first one I built I got some fair yelps out of it..the second one....nothing
