Title: Texas Outfitter Recomendations
Post by: ElkTurkMan on May 06, 2015, 08:22:20 PM
Guys,  I have always wanted to hunt Texas, and I am wanting to finally book a hunt for next spring.  I was wondering If I could get some recommendations on good outfitters?  I have looked at a few on the web that look great, but wanted to see from some of your first hand experience's.  Thanks in advance for any advice or recommendations.

Rush Creek Guide service in the panhandle. Great guys, tons of birds. Will get your birds. Been going with them for about ten years.

I've hunted two times (2007 and 2011) with Wildlife Systems in San Angelo.  Greg Simons runs a great operation the hunting , food, guides and lodging are top notch.  See details in the earlier post "best time of year to hunt texas".  Good luck.

Me and my dad hunted with them 5-6 years ago.  Lots of birds and Kenny McCrea is a good guy.  Each of us killed our 2 birds in 2 days.
