Is it a deer & turkey lease or just turkey?

What part of the Country are you in?
I don't know what a turkey lease is here in Tn but deer and turkey has been $8-15 per acres depending on where it at and the lay out.

It's all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.
SW MS 9.50 - 50 an acre for turkey and pine goats. I've seen turkey lease for 2.50 - 10 an acre. Clubs range from 750 on the low end to 6k per year on the high end. Duck leases can be crazy as well. AL you can do a little better price wise as long as your a couple hours away from Mobile.
