Title: How to use a tube call (PDF) not video???

I had a pdf on how to use a tube call, told you everything about how to use it and the words to use when making the different sounds. Very Helpful! But I can't remember who made it and can't find it. Was going to print it and give to a friend of my son's. Anyone remember see it?  It was 4 or 5 pages long.
