Title: Arkansas opener in the morning

finally its here!!! opening day tomorrow and its going to be a toad strangler in pretty much all of the state for the weekend.I have hunted in the rain lots of times some bad but some really great. what do most hunters do to try and keep their guns from getting totally soaking wet? just looking for a good tip

never really worried about it .. but gave my shotgun a really good cleaning afterwards !!!

I always keep a ground blind in the truck for days like that ,nothing better then being in the woods just after the rain has stopped ,I find the birds like to be in the open well it is raining ,,thy can see rather then trying to hear for danger ..got to be out to kill them ,,Dutch

The last I checked, the rain is suppose to
Hold off until the afternoon both days.  But
You know about Arkansas weather, wait 5
Minutes and it will change.  Plus I think they
Get 10 weather men in a room and how many
Hold their hands up is how they get the
Percent chance. Anyways hope you get to

Season is only 16 days long.
