How many are shooting stack barrels, and what setup are you using ?
I have access to a 1980s Citori, and already have a jellyhead for it. Will probably use jellyhead in the top barrel for distance, regular full or modified choke in lower barrel for close in shots. My idea would be to use Fed HW #7 in lower barrel. That load has plenty of small pellets for close coverage, yet their density could provide enough energy for a distant, follow-upshot if top barrel fails to drop a bird.
Yea. I like the idea of a two barrel gun with different chokes.
Yildiz 20, Sumtoy top, factory full bottom, Fed Hvy 7s in both. I don't do the separate pattern for short shots thing. Just aim lower on the bird.

Been looking at one of these in the Youth model. What kind of numbers you getting with HW 7's in your's?
Never shot them at forty. Low, barely adequate hunting numbers at fifty. Poleaxes birds inside forty.

Boy does that look short! Nice looking gun!

Thanks Denny! It's really handy in a setup, and patterns well. She's a beast on the shoulder with 3.5's though. Not always sure which end I'd rather be on. One end kills, the other one just cripples!
