Someone asked me to post photos of some recent calls. These are the tongue calls to compliment the scratchbox calls shown in the scratchbox section. The strikers are not finished yet and these calls have been used to gather user info hence the chalk dust. I quickly brushed them off to take the photograph. All have three coats of finish sanded between the final two, finished sanded and waxed before polishing.

Most have a combination of purpleheart, cherry, walnut, or maple in the body with either a beech, walnut, or maple playing surface. The bottoms are curly maple, walnut or cedar.
