Seriously if you haven't used the Jamaican jerk turkey recipe in the recipe forum stop what you're doing at start cooking this right now!

Tomorrow morning, I'll be loading up the crock pot with legs and other dark meat along with some potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions for some good 'ol turkey stew. I'll probably freeze up one turkey breast while my wife makes her excellent turkey pot pie with the other breast and wing white meat. Yummy!!! With two more Illinois turkey seasons to go, I hope to add to the turkey meat stash.
