Post by: GSP for me on March 25, 2011, 09:46:12 AM
First , thanks for all who gave advice on purchasing an 870 SPS-T . I think it will be a good hunting gun. Now for another newbie question . Is the factory choke tube supplied with this gun ok or should I be seeking another one, if so can you guys help me with an recommendation. Btw I will use HTL type shells  Thanks

Just try a middle of the road choke like a jellyhead or comp-n-choke, not too expensive if you are just starting.

:agreed: I have one that shoots great with a Rhino 660 but a second wingmaster likes a IC 665.

I have the same rig as you from what I have seen an read I would go with a JellyHead 660 #7 it shoots right up there with the highend chokes about half the price...
