I work with the gentleman whose family has a fair amount of property in Mercer County Kentucky. He has granted me permission to turkey hunt on them this spring I would've asked this question sooner but I just got the greenlight yesterday. Can any of you from the area or neighboring area tell me what to expect and also can you please just private message me the information? What I know about the property is it's a good mix of pasture/hay and woods. Any information is helpful, thanks
I'm not familiar with Mercer, but go to the kdfw website and look at the harvest numbers last year compared to surrounding counties. That should give you an idea. I would also pull the property up on Google maps to see how it lays out. Hope this helps some. GL.
