Title: tibbee vs cotton mill
Post by: pamlico pintail on March 18, 2015, 07:58:05 AM
What are pros and cons? Leaning towards a set of tibbee in obsession and bottom land in cotton mill.  I've got an old set of Russell vapor tech wich I think are a ripstop material. Do these hold color well seems like ones I had faded bad after 2 seasons. Thanks

I decided on the cotton mill. been pleased. they are light weight enough for me. I got them in green leaf. how they hold up and retain color I don't know yet. first year using them.

So far I'm lovin the cotton mill and actually had a set delivered last week in original bottomland.  If you'll turn it inside out when ya wash it and let em hang dry, it will hold color a lot longer.  No complaints from me

Love the tibbee.  They are very lightweight and breathable.

I just purchased a set of tibbee bottomland and did have a chance to field test. I prefer a darker camo pant and an obsession shirt to break up my silhouette.

I think that the tibbee is probably some of  the worst feeling clothing ever for hot weather. To me it feels Like I have on wax paper ! Breathe able absolutely not. I had mine on last weekend in a muggy hot day and I felt like I had on a plastic sweat suit!

The tibee are 100% cotton, the cotton mill is a 60/40 blend of cotton and poly.
