Title: Scouting today--not much luck

I was out listening at daybreak and didn't hear a single gobble.
It's been real dry around here and I found only two tracks.  I did find a couple of J-turds so I know they're still around but I wasn't encouraged.
We've had a lot of timber cut, very few mature trees left and then they're drilling five gas wells on the property and putting pipelines all over.
Turkey ridge is now a huge gas well site, leveled off and covered in gravel. :'(
Some of my other honey holes are gone forever too.
This season may be a real tough one for me.
But I'll be out there! :toothy12:

Where are you?  Here is WV things are pretty quiet as well.

Ray, I'm in deep East Texas, Nacogdoches County if you look it up.  The should be gobbling real good.  Of course, with 25 mph winds today they may have been...
