Well yall the season opened saturday down here, and so far all I have is sore legs. I have been out 3 mornings and I have heard 1 gobble out of those three days. I've been every evening..... nothing! The birds just aint ready yet, hopefully something will get them going before too long.
Thing are picking up around here, birds are starting to break up into small flocks. I saw a tom breeding a hen today, she must be an old girl. We only have a little bit of snow left and it's starting to get warm outside, temps are up in the 50's midday and mid 30's at night.
Keep at it man. Days are getting longer every day. That increase in daylight will have them fired up before you know it!!
Keep after'em! Your gonna bust a noggin soon! :you_rock: :you_rock: :you_rock:
I hope so Im headed to the woods now!

GOBBLE-GOBBLE Good luck guys. Looks like the weather is going to get bad for the weekend. I used to love hunting in the rain but now the old bones and joints do not like the cold wet weather.
