Title: '98 Doug Camp Screamin Hen
Post by: Wildfowler on February 23, 2015, 02:45:24 PM
Hey guys bought this from Mr. Camp in 98 and been sitting on the shelf ever since but still sounds very good.  I know he has since passed and was wanting to get some info on fair value if I ever decide to let it go. Not for sale at this time. Thanks (http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/23/4e76d58a733e062e0f742cf9ae8c24b0.jpg)

Just my opinion but I believe in the $150 range. Camp calls seem to have peaked and are not bringing as much as a couple years ago. The LE's with painting bring more. As stated, just my opinion.

I had one of the L/E Screamin Hen's that had the painting and I recently traded it for a Lamar Williams new long box.

Its priceless in my opinion. Mr camp is a bit of a legend here in Talladega, Alabama. I was a teenager when he passed and never really got to meet him. I grew up 5 mins from his home in eastaboga. I love it when the older guys talk about hunting with him though. I have a slate call he built my dad its my go to call. His owl hoots were good also. I honestly dont know what the true value is but if you ever want to sell it pm me.
