Not in NY. It's about 7 outside with a wind chill well below zero. Those birds would die trying to dig down through our snow for food.

Bill,

David may be booking hunts this spring. Bed and breakfast and shoot off the front porch while you are having your morning coffee.
I have often wondered how turkey, deer, or anything can live where there are feet of snow and everything iced in?

They sit in the lower trees and nip buds, crab apples and what not or I have seen them in back yards at the bird feeders.
