Wondering who all has and utilizes a turkey tote. There are many styles out there. Let's see what totes you have and let us know where did you get them? JD
I have one I made myself from a rawhide string and a fork horn shed I found, works great.
i have one that i made for me and a few of my friends out of deer horn and some leather strap. i hope to let you know how it works soon :toothy12:
I've used a sling type for about forty years now. Made several myself, but most recently had a 12 year old boy make me one.

bird's is the best turkey tote i've seen!! awesome job by your son!!
I've been using a bright fluorescent bag with straps on it like a backpack that I bought from Primos or HS Strut many years ago. Works great and very safe carrying a bird out and no blood on the camo clothes either. :icon_thumright:

This is were I got mine and love it.... Oh yea, it works great!!!
Sad to say I bought one my first year hunting from gerber and it's not near as nice as the paracords y'all are toting and much shorter than yalls any suggestions where I could land one.
I also have one from Birds boy and am hoping to get to use it this year. This is my first tote and will be the only tote I will use. It fits great on the shoulder and is very easy to hold. It is also a very well done braid, that is flat to help distribute the weight without digging in to your shoulder. Jay makes a great tote and lanyard which I am going to try to talk him into next for me as I have seen the one that he made himself for duck hunting. These things are as priceless as a gun and call when turkey hunting, that is for sure. Hopefully we will see some more of Jays work here in the future. :you_rock:
