I don't know guys, that grilled bacon wrapped breast recipe I found on here last year is one of the finest things you will ever eat if you do it right!

the recipe I used was found on here in the recipe section, I forgot which one it was though. it involved a brine which I think made all the difference. it was somewhere along the lines of brine for 24hrs, inject with favorite marinade, rub whole breast in honey and preferred seasoning, wrap in bacon and grill over med heat for about 12 mins on each side. slice against the grain and gobble it up! it was fantastic

If you want turkey jerky you would be better off to go get you a butterball from Wal-Mart, instead of wasting the best wild game in the woods. You will not be able to tell the difference.

I've never tried it with Turkey but I make some really good deer jerky using this:

2-4 Lbs Sliced Meat
4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
4 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
4 teaspoon Accent
4 teaspoon Onion Powder
4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Soy Sauce
4 teaspoon Dale's
1 bottle Heinz 57 sauce

For Spicy Heat, Add cracked red pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
Let marinate overnight in refrigerator

You don't have to be exact on everything including the lbs of meat.  As long as the marinade covers all the meat.

I've tried it before using deer jerky recipes and it just ends up tasting like deer jerky.

I'd love to find a good recipe too.
