Title: Longbeard "specific" chokes
Post by: Fan Stalker on February 20, 2015, 03:02:47 PM
Why are Long Beard "specific" chokes entering the market?  Is it that WLB shells don't like ported or wad stripping tubes?  I am aware that a least one choke company specifies their product not be used with Fed. Flite control.  I haven't heard of a company specify this in regards to WLB. shells.  Is a Long Beard "specific" choke going to pattern better than my much touted SSX in my Mossberg 835?  Are these "specific" chokes doing away with wad stoppers?  Thank you for input

It is a sales gimmick to sell you something you don't need. Notice how the "longbeard chokes" are prices higher than their other model turkey chokes
