Post by: LARRYHAYNES on February 19, 2015, 12:20:32 AM
I have a buddy that makes calls and I was gonna by him some wood to make a few Purple Heart strikers. It's a surprise for him or I would ask him but where can I find what I need?

Brookside sells 5/16 striker pegs in both rounded tip and belled.  The also have generic handles if he like them.  I prefer to turn my own handles, so if that is the case, find a local hardwood store.  They should have it.  You can also buy it online at stores like woodcraft, and rockler, but it will be more money with shipping.  Hope this helps.
