Title: Gobbling with a mouth call

Does anyone know a good mouth call to gobble with? I can do a decent one with some of mine but they just don't sound as good as I think they could. Also any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

I like to gobble on the Hooks Executioner or the Hooks Devistator....but what works for me may not work for you  :anim_25:

 Hey drum,   how do you do it on the executioner?   I try and the center reed rolls up and then squeals .  Any special words you use?   Any help would be great!

We got a guy on here who is pretty fair at it.. I believe he goes by LxTrkyhntr or something like that

Kinda like.... TOOOK-A,TOOOK-A,TOOOK-A,tooka,tooka,tooka .   You just gotta find out what works for you.  LxTrkyhntr helped me with it at the 2010 NWTF convention.  I can't use the call he uses to gobble on.  Just try a bunch of your calls till you find the one that is the most realistic.

Many on hear alot better than me at gobblin, but try saying tooka, tooka, tooka

I started out gobbling on a 3 reed V style call, and then switched over to the Devastator for a while.  You should try some different batwing calls as well.  Lots of batwing calls gobble really well.

The other guys have given you the basic words to mouth as you gobble, try different amounts of air as well.  More air is definitely not always better!
