Just purchased a M1 what choke do y'all recommend in the M1 with nitro shells?

I had a rhino .660 for mine and couldn't get it to do anything. Primos tight wad did pretty good but nothing miraculous. Something in the 655 range should do good

I shoot m1 12ga with ssx and 3" hevi 7. I have got pics on here of 300 in a 10"
