They look like alumn.  Are they?  Lots of work into them!

Some are made from aluminum, made them on the CNC mill at work

I'm no means an expert, but aren't you afraid of removing material from the profile on the alumn. when your cutting and filing the tone board?  The metal ones are hardened to prevent that, but I know of nothing to harden alumn.

Router bit with guide bearing... Won't even touch jig with a slice of tape on the surface

This is awesome. I'm still using a flat jig for my duck calls and then filing to a patterned profile I made. This is too cool Sanatorium! Are you able to make them out of hardened steel?

Hard steel jigs are next but until my work load lightens up at my job these will have to do
