Title: VAHUNTER'S Barrel Polishing
Post by: PostDriver on March 21, 2011, 10:05:31 AM
 :happy0064:

I PM'd Shawn (VAHUNTER) a couple of weeks ago to ask since he had done quite a few barrels if he could find time to do an 870 barrel for me.  He wrote back almost immediately saying yep, he could work it in right away, so off it went to him.

He had it only over one weekend and shipped it back to me last Monday.  Due to postal problems at my end (the old carrier retired) I received it on Friday.  That was only 10 days since it sent it to him!

The barrel itself is super.  I can start to understand now why polished barrels shoot so much better.  I'll get it out to the range this week to check patterns and see if I can get my new SpeedBead sighted in.

Again, Thanks, Shawn !!!

Shawn is a great guy.  Polishing a barrel is only a plus in my book.

When it comes to barrel polishing, my big brother Shawn is the best!
He took care of mine, and it shines like a mirror! :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:
