Title: Pa 8pt 25 7/8"

Just wanted to share a pic of the bucks than my son and I killed in gun season here in PA. I chassed the buck I killed in archery season, and never had a shot. Then he walked by at 16 yds on the first day. He was a 10pt 20" wide. Then the boy just had to one up me. His was a 8 that was 25 7/8 wide..

Awesome.  I know PA produced some big bucks this year, even in 2G there were a few tanks tagged.

My 29lb Tom is going to be tough to beat i told him.


Looks like your sons buck was trying to be a Muley, 25 7/8 wide , WOW.

I got to admit that when you said you were sending me some deer pics that i'd see a nice one, but I near fell out of the chair when I opened that pm....geez....dang nice !!   :icon_thumright:

I don't know why, but I love 8 pts. I'd take a bruiser 8 over a 10 or 12 any day of the week. Those are both fantastic deer for anywhere in the country. Congratulations to you and your boy. And I hope your spring is as good as your fall.

Congrats on the bucks. I wasn't lucky enough to see a buck this year at all. There were so GIANTS killed and found like this beast that was found in York county PA
