This is going to be my first season with my 686 turkey hunting and I'd love to get some suggestions of what will pattern well.

A friend gave me a few box of Win XX 3" 1 3/4oz #4 (enough to get thru the season) if this is a recomended load.

I would run a open choke with some Winchester XX loads. Then a small choke with the Winchester XR in other. That way you have best of both worlds. :anim_25:
