Title: Western North Carolina?
Post by: Bigspurs68 on January 06, 2015, 10:41:57 PM
I was considering a trip to western North Carolina this spring. Anyone willing to share some info on public land birds? Just for a change of terrain, I'd like to hunt something other than mountains. Nothing aginst big hills, I just always seem to end up in them. I'll likely have my girls with me so on a short hunt, mountains will make it more difficult. Anything will be appreciated. Thanks.

How far west do you want to go...the further west, the steeper it gets.
PM me if you'd like.

I was raised in that area.  Most public spots are not going to be flat.

It is one of the prettiest spots you will ever yelp though.
