Title: 2015 NWTF Convention
Post by: American Strutter on October 06, 2014, 06:31:06 AM
I'm planning on having a booth at the NWTF convention this year in Nashville, and was wondering what the other callmakers here do for rooms. I'm going up Wedmesday and leaving Sunday, but didn't really want to pay $750 for a room if I didn't have too. I know it's convenient being at the show, but does anybody else stay at another hotel? Or course the wife wants to stay at Opryland Hotel so that's not helping my cause.  :begging:
Also, is one booth size large enough for clothing and calls? I'm thinking I need two booths to hang all the apparel?

If you are bringing lots of cloths then you may need 2 booths.  That in itself is pretty expensive.  The last 3 years I have stayed at the Opryland Hotel.  That may change this year. There are lots of hotels near the convention but they book up fast.

The booths are 10x10 with the table and a couple of chairs there is not a lot of room left. also you can get a nicer room for 4 nights for the price of one night at the Opryland'

There are rooms to be had, last time we stayed at the Opry Hotel, not again! Check out the Fiddler's Inn and those close to the Convention Center.
