Went out yesterday evening and did some blind calling. After 20 minutes I heard a gobble across the field. I had a jake and hen decoy out. Before long 3 longbeards stepped into the field and saw the jake. The birds never slowed up until 1 of them met my buddies hevishot to the face. I killed one as he was running off and we let the third one live. Just a 2 year old but a fun hunt.
Don't know how everyone elses birds are acting but they aint gobblin much around here!

Sweet! Congratulations on breaking the ice. Sounds like a good hunt to me.
