I am looking for some new camo and wanted to know what patterns folks like. Let me know. Thx.
I haven't hunted FL yet, but I've been in the GA swamps a few times and it's hard to imagine anything much better than Obsession for that type of environment. That said, as long as you sit still the turkeys won't much care what you are wearing.
Try leafy Camo. I don't know what it is, but deer and turkey's can't seem to see you nearly as we'll in that type Camo. I have walked real slow in a Camo leafy suit with mesh face ask, and a doe 25 yds away (and most likely up wind) just watched me and continued eating.i was amazed.
Any cheap affordable camo that breaks up your outline will do the trick , lots of vegetation down here so taking a pruning shears with you and throwing down some foliage in front of you helps even better - I don't subscribe to the always sit under a tree methodology , and utilize small low stools and often set up directly out in open fields and clearings usually under a low myrtle bush or other similar foliage , so again any camo will do , the cheaper the better
I like leafy suits also
Thanks guys. I appreciate the input!
I like ASAT. It works in all seasons and all terrains.
DK flatwoods hard to beat down there!
