This is our first time to ever film a turkey hunt so go easy on me please. :D

The hen that's in the video came in to our right around 7:00 and a gobbler was in the pines about 200 yards to the left so we did all we could to keep this hen intersested in us instead of going to the gobbler so that is why we are calling to her when she is right out in front of us.It all came together around 8:00. :you_rock:  I wish I could have showed all of hen footage because she was fired up most of the time.

Nice Vid.! I was into that hunt all the way with the live hen,kill shot and then with the retrieval of the Gobbler I seen the decoy setup,that's when I lost total interest.Should have left that part out.IMO

Awesome video guys and I mean it.. The camera work was very very good.. You two were naturals after the kill.. The hen footage had me yearning for more.. The WHOLE thing felt very very real.... One of the best amateur hunts I have seen..

Glad you guys liked it and thank you for watching.

We still have a lot to learn but it's going to be a lot of fun doing it.

I got to be behind the camera this morning and we got some great footage again today. I got a crash course on how it operates while on our way to the woods this morning.

I had never even held the thing much less use it so please keep an open mind while watching, I had a lot to learn in a hurry.

We will post the link to the new video ASAP, try to find time to watch it if you can and tell us what you think.

Not at all, the load used was the tried and true Nitro 4x5x7......Remington 870 12 gauge with a Rhino 660 choke.
