Title: Trumpet
Post by: TRKYHTR on May 20, 2014, 11:12:41 PM
First turkey call out of my new shop. Walnut/Masquite. Here is a soundfile. I had to edit the file because it was to big so there is only the middle section of the soundfile.

Way to make her sing Joe and congrats on your new shop! Any details about the shop you would like to share? It's always a good thing when a feller gets a shop! Strutter...

The shop is 30X32 with a 9' ceiling with a loft for space. I have a pull down door to get up into the attic. Just put some shelves in and a table top so I can do some mouth call making and other stuff. Still have a few things to finish up but it is workable right now. Thanks,

Joe

That's a good sized shop! Good idea with the above storage. I've got a 20x20 planned and will go with a storage loft at least on one end of the shop if not both. Never seems to be enough space. Will be my turkey cave...lol. Yours should serve you well with your future endeavors. Strutter....

Sounding good.  Have tried over and over to learn to play a trumpet and all I end up with is a sore lip!
