i noticed yestrday a couple of my wlb shells have some shot loose in them that rattle around when u shake them. does this affect accuracy any?
I had to shoot my son in laws Winchester 1300 this year, My gun had scope problems and since he didn't hunt I carried his. It was patterned in with 3" #5 Long beard. I noticed that also, didn't make any difference to the turkey.
Not sure what they would do but I don't think they will shoot as well as a normal one would. I picked up around 5 boxes and found one shell that did the same. When I opened it there was no resin or buffer, just shot and wad. It seems they missed pouring the resin in that shell. Basically, you are shooting Super X high brass shot (with no buffer). Still, it will probably kill out to 40. Definitely use it as a backup shot or not at all unless hunting timber.
