Not sure about making Gobbler Calls but Gooserbat makes some killer mouth calls and if he doesn't offer the cut you want he will custom make it for you.

I gobble on a 3 reed with some special cutts. If you are going to purchase an off the shelf call I would get a split V. Here is a little gobbling demo I did a few years ago trying out some different calls I made with different cutts.
