Been looking to buy a Albert Paul call for some time now and after seeing the post on "Why Pauls calls" it got me thinking about it again.What call(and i'm sure from what i've read there is no wrong one)would one suggest,just strictly for hunting? Looks like that there are several to choose from and had no idea on where to even start to pick one.Thanks.
I have a cedar box with walnut lid that sounds great from Albert Paul. I have an all Walnut call I ordered that is the way to my house. I can't wait to get my hands on it. I should have it in time for the last weekend of the Tennessee season. I don't think you'll go wrong with any call from Mr. Paul.
His walnut/poplar is one of his best sellers and has a great hunting sound.

Albert just made a walnut & maple for a friend of mine. I almost couldn't hand it over.
My everyday favorite is a persimmon & maple I bought in 2008.
All waynut is good too, I have two of them.
I might start with a Prestige Field Grade, butternut, or persimmon, or maple, or a combo.
