Just wanted to give a shout out to Burris for their customer service. Called them yesterday and talked to Chris. I lost the protective cover off my FF III this past weekend while hunting. Chris just asked for my mailing address, and said he would have a new one out to me right away at no charge, no questions asked. Great product, great service.
Lost mine on first hunt. Need to give them a call and get a spare for rainy weather days.
Same here, I had problems with the elevation and windage adjustments and poi shifting right and left a little. Sent it back to burris to check and they sent me a new one.
