Hello a friend of mine has Lonnie Snead green glass call and he dont know what to condition it with ,,any info would be appreciated... thank you much

A medium weight sandpaper.

I use a very small and very smooth creek rock on my call, but a mid grit sand paper will work fine. Good luck
