Title: POI problem with Franchi 720 ?
Post by: owlhoot on April 19, 2014, 11:10:57 PM
Picked up a used 720 , 20 gauge the other day.
Great shape , nice camo, light and points quick/  but definitely not a straight shooter. >:(
the 10" core is around 16"low and 12" left with stock full and trulock .575 with HWt 7 , magblend and 2 or three lead loads. :help: :help:

To me this is a long way off POI, which i have never seen before.
I took one back to Bass Pro 4-5 years ago for 12" low, a 200 dollar  tristar on sale, and got my money back.
This one costs a bit more and bought used.
Yes i know scope or sights are options, but it would be used for turkey, dove and clays at the least, so now what???
Thanks guys.

16" is LOW, seek out a good gunsmith.

Never seen or heard of one that far off.

Yes, seek professional attention.
