I bought a used Remington 11-87 Super Magnum. It Has a camo synthetic stock but its not s thumb hole. 12 gauge. it has true glow rifle like sights. the barrel measures 22 &1/2" . im trying to find out more information on the model. any help would be appreciated.
That is the original 1187 super mag SPS RSTG
Distinguishing features are
*The non-ventilated rib
*the raised comb on the stock
*the factory rifle sights
*the original mossy oak break up camo
That's a great gun. My brother has one that has put down 30-40 birds and served him faithfully.

what he said. Some may find it hard to believe but turkey guns didn't always come with thumbholes or pistol grips haha. I like the classic style better myself
good looking shotgun
good luck with it
Thanks for all the information and kind words. Is there a place online I read about the "sps rstg"? I have been able to find anything yet.
