Looking for a GPS APP for my smart phone. Want to be able to mark and return to waypoints.
Lots out there, but would value your suggestion and experience with one.

I have Motion-X GPS and really like it. You can take a picture of your spots when you mark a waypoint and name them.

GPS Kit. Handles waypoints, tracks, can import KMZ files, take a photo with your phone that shows up on the map, and you can cache maps so you have them even when you don't have service.
As an example of what you can do with it, NY has Google Earth files of all state land available online. I added them to GPS Kit and now have the boundaries of all public land in the state on my phone.
