Can someone give me a starter suggestion for a choke tube for a Beretta Urika AL391 please? I am leaning towards Hevi-shot #7's. I am also looking for suggestions on a good sling. Thanks!
Choke = SumToy ....probably a .650 for 7's
Sling = Quake Claw
Those are my personal favorites anyway. Best of luck this season!!! :icon_thumright:

I see it's your first post, so welcome to OG. We're glad to have you here.
My readers who shoot that gun have had good results with the Hevi-Shot Turkey choke, especially when shooting the Hevi-13 shells with #6 and #7 shot.
Most people really like "The Claw".
I hope that helps some.
Thanks,
Clark
Before switching to a benelli, I had that exact gun and shot an undertaker (.665) with winchester supreme #5 and had extremely good success.

Hello Clark, is that the .670ish choke that they make for the xtrema as well? What kind of numbers do they see from these chokes?
I have a Urika and jellyhead is very good. Not sure with #7 though but 6 patterns well.
I've got a Carlson choke on my AL 391 Urika and shoot Hevi 6's. Works great. Agree with others on the Quake Claw sling.
Thanks for the replys. I have been carrying bow only for some years now and look forward to some "run and gun" this year! My last turkey gun was an old Win 1400 with a ridiculously long full choke barrel on it. Killed a mess of birds with that gun, even one out at 48 yards, but never enjoyed toting it. Good luck this season, and have fun!
Welcome Gurney glad see you here. I can say the claw sling is the way to go. Good luck!
