I finally got around to shooting some Long Beards with my 930 Turkey and I'm totally impressed with these shells. I knew from the results that others had posted that they would probably be pretty good but I didn't expect them to be this close to the Hevi 7's. I won't be buying any more Hevi-13 as long as I can find the Long Beards. This was also the first time that I got to try my SSX choke and I was surprised that the IC BDS put up better numbers. Indian Creek and Long Beard #6 will be my setup as soon as I finish off the rest of my Hevi's. Now I just need to find a nice fat Tom for some field testing!

Thanks for posting these results, I also have a 930 but I never got the turkey barrel for it, those numbers have me wanting to "pull the trigger" on that purchase. What length barrel do you have and do you have the factory stock for it or did you upgrade it?

I have the 24" barrel and the standard factory stock . I was trying to get the pistol grip option for it but that would have been a longer wait and I was in a hurry as usual. Unfortunately, there isn't too many other options for the 930 because of the way the recoil spring goes into the stock. However, I'm really happy with the standard stock.
