Title: stoeger condor 20Ga. chokes
Post by: slicksbeagles1 on March 14, 2011, 07:36:59 PM
my sons have 20ga. stoeger condor 26" barrell any choke recommendations? they have the carlson .575 turkey choke in them now and hevi 13  #7's did not look to good at 40yds. it was about 65degrees cloudy and no wind did not try closer. also will the beretta, benelli chokes fit or is it just the moss. , win. , invector chokes the only ones?

I am afraid I cannot recommend a choke, but it is just the mossberg, win, invector choke threads that fits.

What kind of numbers did you get with the Hevi 7's? I have  a 26" Mossberg 500, which takes the same style chokes, and average in the mid 120's in the 10 @ 40 with an Indian Creek .555 and the 1-1/4 oz 7's. I have a PG .670 and some Fed HW #7's on the way. Maybe the weather will be nice this weekend where I can experiment a little.
