Title: 2 3/4" Nitros?

Anybody shoot 2 3/4" Nitro #7's out of a 3" chambered gun?  How do they perform?

I've always said that "IF" I EVER get into reloading I'm gonna load a 2 3/4" #7 load that will do over 200 in the 10" @ 40 yards!!!  I personally love the idea of a smoking 2 3/4" load!!!
