Do any of the big ammo companies make 20 gauge 3"mags in 7.5 turkey loads ?  Having a horrible time trying to find some .

Smallest Ive seen for 20 is the Federal Heavyweight #7s. I tried those in my sons gun, and they are awesome! Havent seen any 7 1/2s anywhere yet.

Fiocchi makes a 3" 1-1/4oz load in 4,-5,-6,-7.5
