did some scouting today and they were firing away at first light....gobbling didnt last but an hour though!

I was out today scouting and hanging cameras. Lots of sign but no activity yet for my area. It won't be long though!!

turkeys are easy to find here in mn but u have to do your part and do your scouting!....almost any chunk of public land with decent hardwoods surrounded by some type of agricultural land should hold turkey....do your homework and look at aerial maps online of public lands..choose a couple, get a full tank of gas and take your locator call...check out the dnr website.
